Malaysian Danish Business Council – Flexibility the Post Pandemic?

On behalf of the Malaysian Danish Business Council (MDaBC), EUROCHAM Malaysia would like to invite our members to participate in the upcoming webinar on the topic of Flexibility the Post-Pandemic Work? – Choice of Work: Working from Home or Returning Back to the Office? will be held on Wednesday, 10 November 2021 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

As the Covid-19 pandemic is coming under control across Malaysia, an increasing number of employees are faced with the choice of whether to return to the office. Employers will eventually have to decide how long and in what form they would allow work from home.

Malaysian employees believe flexibility is the answer to their needs - productivity, engagement, and a stress-free environment. Thus, beyond an attractive perk, workplace/schedule flexibility will be a default requirement post-pandemic. A survey conducted by Ipsos shows that one-third (1/3) of respondents are not ready to be back in the office and an equal number cannot wait to get out of home since the pandemic forced many to work from home.
