APPROVAL

- The NSC Conference Meeting on 11 June 2021 approved loading and unloading activities for import and export activities, for ALL types of goods

- Activities on existing items only - limited to the Warehouse section only

- Technical Committee Meeting 23/2021 - asked the MOT to make adjustment

PROPOSED LOADING/UNLOADING OPERATING TIME
- Meeting Agreed that operations be limited:
- 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) on time, daylight starts at 8 a.m. to 8 p.m (Operating hours based on PDRM advice to facilitate monitoring/enforcement)
- Operations are limited to unloading/uploading existing goods in/out of the factory to the port/airport PROPOSED IMPLEMENTATION The proposal is like a one-off approval as per the IGP press release on June 6, 2021, para 4.

[UPDATE] Movement Control Order Transportation and Logistics SOPs

Here are the latest SOPs for Transportation & Logistics (MCO) as of June 15, 2021:

Driver
- Need to undergo symptoms screening and temperature checks before starting tasks
- Not allowed to work if symptomatic and temperature exceeds 37 55°Celsius
- Wear a face mask at all times on duty

Passengers
- Need to undergo symptoms screening and temperature checks before boarding the bus
- MUST wear a face mask at all times inside vehicles
- Perform physical distancing at all times in the vehicles
- Reduces interaction at all time in the vehicles

Drivers/ operators have the RIGHT to prevent passengers from boarding the vehicles if there
are symptoms and the temperature exceeds 37 55°Celsius
