Meeting with CNC Design Sdn Bhd: Strengthening Partnerships and Advancing Technology

EUROCHAM Malaysia had a great catch-up meeting with one of our valued members, CNC Design Sdn Bhd this week at our office, to explore their significant role in Malaysia’s industrial landscape. Present at the meeting were Mr. Afiq Haziq, Project Sales Manager, and Mr. Ahmad Azrin Zakaria, National Sales Manager.

Topics of discussion were:

• CNC Design Sdn Bhd represents Siemens for Motion Control (MC) as a distributor, bringing cutting-edge technology and solutions to the Malaysian market.
• At EUROCHAM, we are committed to facilitating stronger relationships between CNC Design and other EU and Malaysian companies, promoting the adoption of advanced EU technologies in Malaysia and the region.
• EUROCHAM continues to advocate for the resumption of the EU-Malaysia Free Trade Agreement (FTA) negotiations, which will greatly benefit companies like CNC Design and enhance bilateral trade and investment opportunities.

Meeting with AsBAA: Connecting for a Brighter Future in Business Aviation

EUROCHAM Malaysia had a fantastic opportunity to connect with the Asian Business Aviation Association (AsBAA)! Present during the meeting we were introduced to Ms. Aida Ismail, Board of Governors at AsBAA, Mr. Brian Johnsen, Regional Operation Manager, Air Alsie, and Datin Shelina Razaly Wahl, Partner, Abdullah Chan & Co.  It was truly fascinating to hear them share their valuable insights on several crucial aspects:

• Advocacy in the aviation industry within the region, emphasizing the importance of safety, efficiency, and sustainability.
• Promoting best practices in Malaysia, with a focus on regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and innovation.
• Exploring potential collaborations through EUROCHAM to enhance the business aviation landscape and support the growth of this critical sector.

Meeting with MIDA: Strengthening Partnerships for a Prosperous Future

We are delighted to share our meeting between EUROCHAM Malaysia and the Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA) this week. This meeting reaffirmed our strong partnership and focused on our shared goals for the future. MIDA continues to be a crucial stakeholder for EUROCHAM as we work together to enhance Malaysia's investment landscape, making it an attractive destination for EU businesses.
