We had an inspiring discussion with Italy Malaysia Business Association - IMBA yesterday evening, represented by Mr. Luciano Pezzotta who is also our Deputy Chairman and Mr. Enrico Giuntelli. Both parties have lined up a number of action plans for the benefit of our members, by complementing each other’s effort and leveraging on each other’s strength:
- To actively promote EUROCHAM advocacy initiatives to IMBA members
- To identify and explore collaborative EU projects
- Leveraging on each other’s network and communication channels
Being the Chamber of the European Chambers, we clearly understand our role to act as a ‘Convenor’ and strive to establish impactful sector committees together with IMBA as well as other bilateral chambers, for the benefit of our members in highlighting pressing issues and recommendations to the Malaysian government.
