Updates for Advertisement on MYFUTUREJOBS Portal for the hiring of expatriates
Ministry of Human Resources (Kementerian Sumber Manusia) had announced that there are 2 types of exemptions to advertising on MYFutureJobs as follow:
- Automatic Exemption
i) Expatriates with key positions (C-suite & key post) that earn a monthly basic income of Rm15,000 and above
ii) Representative office/Regional office (RERO)
iii) Investors/Shareholders/Owners
iv) Corporate Tranfers/Placements/Trade Agreements
v) International Organisation
vi) Sports Sectors
- Conditional Exemption
vii) Specialized Skilled Positions (Employers must complete PDKK Form via http://bit.ly/PDKKPERKESO to apply consideration from SOCSO to be exempted
For expatriates positions that are not in the exemption list, employers are required to undergo the application process based on the main steps summarised in the attached graphic image.
