Here are the latest SOP guidelines set by The National Security Council of Malaysia for Recovery Movement Control Order (RMCO). The effective period of the latest SOP for RMCO will begin from 1st January 2021 until 31st March 2021:

Key updates of the SOP for RMCO as follow:
- Areas in Recovery Movement Control Order (RMCO) are nationwide except for areas under the Enhanced Movement Control Order (EMCO) and Conditional Movement Order (CMCO) which include: F.T Kuala Lumpur, Sabah, Selangor, Penang (mukim 12: Barat Daya and Mukim 13: Timur Laut), Negeri Sembilan (Seremban district) and Johor (Johor Bahru and Batu Pahat districts) *For Sabah, please refer to the State of Sabah CMCO SOP 

- Movement within the (RMCO) area to other (RMCO) areas and Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) areas is ALLOWED.

- All sectors and activities except those listed in the NEGATIVE LIST are permitted activities (kindly refer to the list of unauthorized activities – negative list) for detailed information. 

- Restaurants and eateries operational hours are subject to license terms.
