Here are the highlights on The National COVID-19 Immunization Program: 

This vaccine will be given free of charge to all citizens and non-citizens residing in Malaysia. 

1. The Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine will arrive in Malaysia on February 21, 2021.

2. Roll-out implementation of the National COVID-19 Immunization Program will begin on February 26, 2021.

3. The PM himself will receive the vaccine injection on Feb 26 along with the frontline staff.

4. The National COVID-19 Immunization Program consists of three phases

▪️ Phase One will involve frontline personnel, from February 26 to April 2021.

▪️ Phase Two will begin in April until August 2021 and will involve high-risk groups

▪️ Phase Three will involve adults aged 18 years and above, starting from May 2021 until February 2022.
