Vaccination Process


The following are the steps to registering for the COVID-19 vaccination:

Step 1: Online registration (MySejahtera & at vaksincovid.gov.my) or manually (hotline, health clinic facilities & assistance programs)

Step 2: Accept appointment date

Step 3: Head over to Vaccination Center (PPV)

Step 4: Temperature & symptom screening

Step 5: Register QR code & identity check

Step 6: Consultation & filling out consent form

Step 7: Accept injection and confirm vaccination acceptance (Dose 1)

Step 8: Observation for 30 minutes after injection.

Step 9: Receive the vaccination card & COVID-19 Vaccine Immunization Cert (for single dose vaccine recipients)

Step 10: Monitor adverse effects following immunization (AEFI) COVID-19

Step 11: Accept appointment date (2nd dose injection)

Step 12: Head over to Vaccination Center (PPV)

Step 13: Temperature & symptoms screening

Step 14: Register QR code & identity check

Step 15: Accept injection & confirm vaccination acceptance (Dose 2)

Step 16: Observation for 30 minutes after injection.

Step 17: Receive COVID-19 Digital Vaccine Immunization Cert & update vaccine card (manual registration)

Step 18: Personal health observation for any side effects.
