Malaysian Investment Performance by MIDA

Malaysia has recorded a total of RM80.6 billion worth of approved investments in the manufacturing, services and primary sectors in Q1 of 2021. Proving Malaysia to be an attractive investment hub for domestic and international investors.

These investments includes Foreign Direct Investments (FDI) worth RM54.9 billion (68.1%) and Domestic Direct Investment worth RM25.7 billion (31.9%) which has provided more than 30,000 job opportunities within Malaysia.
