A media statement has been issued by the Nation Chief Secretary regarding the Determination of Public Services – media statement as follows:

Members of Public Services will continue to bear the entrusted responsibility as stated in the Federal Constitution and hold steadfast to the motto of Public Services in providing the best services to the citizens and Country.

Public Services is committed to supporting the concept of neutrality and government of the day grounded by the rule of law. The Government Machinery always as possibly best conduct all matters decided to ensure the delivery of the best services to citizens, especially in these challenging times.

In facing this current situation, I assure you that Public Services especially front-liners always provide the full commitment in ensuring the Government deliverance system is not affected and grounded on current Government foundations. The daily administrative affairs and will be continued by Ministries Chief Secretaries and Federal Department Chiefs as usual. Defense members especially PDRM and ATM will always be ready to maintain public peace and order.
