The latest political scenario has given various perceptions to the entire system of the government administration. As part of the democratic process, changes in the current political landscape should not necessarily affect the course of delivery of the public service system. The civil service is a machinery in the national administrative system. It is governed to enable national policies and programs to run smoothly.

All civil servants are reminded not to get involved in current political polemics. We must always adhere to the principle of neutrality and non-politics. The loyalty of civil servants is to the King, the State, and the Government. Regardless of whether working at any level and position, civil servants must provide the best service to the people and the country.

Heads of Departments have been instructed to perform their duties in line with the current policies that have been set. In this regard, all civil servants under their respective Ministries and Departments must perform their responsibilities and work to ensure that all government management and administration runs smoothly as usual. All planning under the existing policy such as the implementation of development projects, program planning to address the COVID-19 pandemic, and vaccination programs so that the National Recovery Program can be implemented smoothly as prescribed.
