Here are the highlights of the latest updated SOPs for Phase 1 of the National Recovery Plan (NRP):

Areas Involved:

Kedah, Selangor, Melaka, Johor, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur and Federal Territory of Putrajaya

*For areas under an EMCO, the EMCO SOP for those areas are applicable until their respective EMCO expiry dates.

Effective Period:

Commencing 20 August 2021 (commencing 12:01am)

Complete Vaccination:

- Individuals who have completed their vaccination are individuals who fulfil the following criteria:

i. For vaccines that require two doses (Cormimaty (Pfizer-BioNTech), COVID-19 AstraZeneca (Oxford-AstraZeneca), Coronavac (Sinovac), Spikevax (Moderna) and Covilo (Sinopharm)), the individual must have passed the 14th day from the date of the second dose; or

ii. For vaccines that only require one dose (Covid-19 Janssen (Johnson & Johnson) and Convidecia (CanSino)), the individual must have passed the 28th day from the vaccination date.
