Here are the highlights of the latest updated SOPs for Phase 2 of the National Recovery Plan (NRP):

Areas Involved:

Kelantan, Terengganu, Pahang, Perak, Penang, Sabah and Negeri Sembilan

*For Sabah, please refer to the National Rehabilitation Plan - Sabah Phase 2 SOP.

** For areas enforced by EMCO, SOP EMCO in the area is effective until the expiry date of the EMCO.

Effective Period:

Starting August 20, 2021 (starting at 12.01 am)

*For Negeri Sembilan starting on 26 August 2021 (starting 12.01)

Complete Vaccination:

• Individual who have been fully vaccinated are individuals who have met the following criteria's:

i. For types of vaccines that require two doses of injection (Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Sinovac, Moderna and Sinopharm) the individual in question must have passed14th day from the date of injection of the second dose or

ii. For types of vaccines that require only one injection dose (Johnson Johnson and CanSino the individual in question must have passed28th day from the date of injection
