Here are the highlights of the latest updated SOPs for Phase 4 of the National Recovery Plan (NRP):
Areas Involved:
W.P. Labuan, Negeri Sembilan, Pahang, Melaka, Selangor, W.P. Kuala Lumpur, W.P. Putrajaya, Terengganu and Johor.
*This SOP should be read together with the Special SOP of the Federal Territory of Labuan
**For areas enforced by EMCO, the EMCO SOPs in the area is effective until the expiry date of the EMCO.
Effective Period:
* For W.P. Labuan, started on 26 August 2021 (from 12.01 am).
** For Negeri Sembilan, started on 24 September 2021 (from 12 01 am).
*** For Pahang, started on 8 October 2021 (from 12.01 am).
***For Melaka, Selangor, W P Kuala Lumpur and W P Putrajaya, started on 18 October 2021 (from 12.01 am)
**** For Terengganu and Johor, starts on 25 October 2021 (from 12.01 am).
Complete Vaccination:
- Individuals who have been fully vaccinated are individuals who have met the following criteria:
i. For types of vaccines that require two doses of injection such as Cormirnaty (Pfizer BioNTech COVID19 AstraZeneca (Oxford AstraZeneca), CoronaVac (Sinovac) Spikevax (Moderna) and Covilo (Sinopharm), the individuals must have passed the 14th day from the date of the second dose injection; or
ii. For types of vaccines that require only one injection dose such as COVID 19 Janssen (JohnsonJohnson) and Convidecia (CanSino), the individuals in question must have passed the 28th day of date of injection.
- For individuals who cannot be vaccinated for health reasons, they will need to submit a report medicine certified by a registered medical practitioner.
