MyTravelPass Exemption for The Admission of Foreign Citizens Who Have a Long-Term Visit Pass to Malaysia
The Malaysian Immigration Department (JIM) informed that in line with the decision of the Pandemic Management Special Committee Meeting No. 60 of 2021 (Series 22) which was held on 22 October 2021, the category of foreign nationals holding Long Term Visit Pass in Malaysia is allowed to enter Malaysia without having to obtain approval from the Malaysian Immigration Department (JIM) through the MyTravelPass (MTP) /MyEntry system provided you have a valid pass. Accordingly, the following is a list of Long-Term Visit Passes that are allowed to enter Malaysia without having to apply through MTP/ MyEntry:
1) Diplomat (Exemption Order) /Dependent /Foreign Maid
2) Employment Pass (Category I, II, III) Dependent / Foreign Maid
3) Resident Pass Talent (RP-T) / Dependents / Foreign Maid
4) Professional Visit Pass - Specialist
5) Professional Visit Pass
6) Permanent Resident (PR) / Spouse to PR / Child to PR
7) Long Term Pass (Husband Wife / Child) to Citizens
8) As a Gold citizen
9) Widow/ Widow Pass to Citizens
10) Student/Dependent/Escort Pass
11) Malaysia Pass My Second Home (MM2H)/ Dependents/ Foreign Maid
12) No Resident
13) Temporary Working Visit Pass (PLKS)
14) Foreign Maid (PRA)
