Selangor Information Technology & Digital Economy Corporation (SIDEC) is under the purview of the Standing Committee of Trade and Investment of Selangor. It is a subsidiary company of Invest Selangor Berhad. SIDEC is a Selangor government agency mandated to lead the digital transformation of Selangor as ASEAN’s digital hub through four objectives:

1. Nurturing Selangor's digital talents, narrowing the digital divide

2. Accelerating Selangor startups to become regional tech icons

3. Empowering Selangor businesses and SME digitalisation

4. Encouraging Selangor digital investment and emerging technologies.
