EUROCHAM Malaysia conducted a very instructive and beneficial Education Sector Committee meeting yesterday.  In attendance were Mr. Sven Schneider, CEO of EUROCHAM Malaysia, Dr. Jenny Westin, Head of the Education Sector Committee & the Director of the Malaysian - Swedish Business Association (MASBA), Mr. Andrew Chong Deputy Head of Education Sector Committee & the Finance and Strategic Hansel & Gretel Child Development and Education Sector and the EUROCHAM Malaysia team, alongside other committee members, that include:

- Alan Stevens, Master at Marlborough College Malaysia;

- Professor Dr. Siti Nursheena Mohd Zain, Director of International Relations Office at University Malaya;

- CK Chiau, Executive Director Co-Founder of mystudy;

- Dr. Bong Yii Bonn, Acting Director of Industry Liaison Office at the University of Malaya; and

- IR. Dr. Azman Senin, Dean at UniKL Malaysia Italy Design Institute & Asia Rail Centre.

We discussed the forthcoming events and engagements relating to education during the committee meeting, as well as the current advocacy issues brought up by the committee members. We also acknowledged the difficulties facing the education sector, and we agreed to work together to develop long-term solutions going forward.

We value the contributions made by each committee member in making this meeting a success. As we collaborate to serve and better the community, we look forward to the upcoming meeting of the education sector committee.
