MIDA - Talent Facilitation and Expatriate Application Guidelines and Procedures

EUROCHAM Malaysia attended the engagement session on talent facilitation and expatriate application guidelines and procedures last week with chambers and associations that was organised by the Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA).

The engagement session was based on three main agendas

1. Talent Management Programme & Facilitation

2. Expatriates Post Application via Invest Malaysia System

3. ESD Online System and its latest procedures

MIDA and the Immigration Department will communicate closely with business chambers and industry associations to expedite the process of expatriate application that could in turn revitalise Malaysia’s economy.

We thank MIDA for inviting us to attend such an insightful session - we look forward to having more similar meetings to strengthen and bolster alliances for a prosperous EU-Malaysia partnership.
