EUROCHAM Malaysia organised and hosted the logistics sector committee meeting consisting of key logistics industry players right at our office yesterday. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Jordi Pol, EUROCHAM Malaysia's board of directors and attended by our esteemed representatives from various logistics committees our dedicated team came together for an engaging meeting.

Our discussions delved into advocacy matters brought forth by our members, covering topics such as e-hailing regulations, their impact on licensing and driver requirements, carbon emissions reduction initiatives, talent acquisition challenges, and talent scarcity in the shipping sector. We addressed these challenges in the context of creating a sustainable supply chain, touching on areas like human resources, sustainability, and customs.

The insights shared were both enlightening and strategic, and we are grateful to all those who actively participated and collaborated to make this meeting a success!
