EUROCHAM Malaysia proudly congratulates His Excellency Rafael Daerr on presenting his credentials to His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, accrediting him as the Ambassador of the European Union to Malaysia in a prestigious ceremony at Istana Negara on 21 October.

The EU business community in Malaysia is excited to work with Ambassador Daerr and we look forward to his leadership in strengthening ties between the EU and Malaysia as he serves his term. His extensive experience will be key to advancing greater collaboration and establishing new opportunities for businesses on both sides.

The ceremony was also witnessed by esteemed Malaysian dignitaries, including Foreign Minister Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan, Foreign Ministry Deputy Secretary-General (Bilateral Affairs) Datuk Mohamad Rozian Abd Ghani, and Wisma Putra Chief of Protocol Datuk Yubazlan Yusof.
