Selangor launched Selangor Advance 500 (SA500), a Shariah-compliant financing programme offering invoice financing, working capital, and performance bonds to SMEs and contractors on state-related projects, specifically to ease cash flow pressure. This matters alongside the state’s parallel digital push: the NINE Super App consolidates government services, e-wallet, digital parking and bill payments into one platform, with further Selangor government service integration planned, together framed as strengthening both business cash flow access and public digital service delivery. SMEs, contractors and suppliers serving Selangor government agencies and GLCs may be affected directly, with NINE’s further service integrations still being rolled out.
