ABOUT THIS COMMITTEE

The EUROCHAM Automotive Committee serves as a key platform for European automotive manufacturers and stakeholders in Malaysia.

The committee focuses on addressing industry priorities such as enhancing road safety standards, the CKD/CBU tax exemption framework, and supporting Malaysia’s transition toward sustainable transportation solutions. As part of its advocacy, the committee works closely with the Ministry of Transport and other relevant authorities to align regulatory frameworks with global best practices, promote investment opportunities, and strengthen Malaysia’s role as a competitive hub for the automotive industry.
