ABOUT THIS COMMITTEE

The EUROCHAM Education & Human Resources Committee provides a collaborative platform for European industry leaders and academic institutions to strengthen Malaysia’s human capital development.

The committee focuses on advancing Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET), promoting curriculum development through active industry participation, and fostering the exchange of knowledge and best practices to build a future-ready workforce. Engagements are primarily held with the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Human Resources, with the aim of supporting national priorities in education reform, skills enhancement, and workforce transformation.
