The company said decarbonisation, digitalisation and decentralisation are changing the nature of work, creating demand for technical, digital and analytical capabilities across areas such as battery energy storage, smart meters, drone-enabled grid inspections and digital monitoring. TNB is therefore focusing on adaptability,continuous learning and workforce planning aligned with the capabilities required to deliver its energy transition agenda.
