Malaysia’s Transport Ministry has approved a RM60 million bridge linking the Bukit Chagar RTS Link Station with the KTMB Komuter service, allowing passengers to access the RTS station directly without travelling through JB Sentral. The project is expected to take about 12 months to complete and will shorten the connection between the two services. The government is also working to add at least 200 buses serving residential areas around Johor Bahru and Bukit Chagar to coincide with the RTS Link’s opening.
